The kids got really into pin trading. By the end of the week the kids had quite a collection.

The Animal Kingdom was one of our favorite parks. The safari ride let you see the animals up close with no glass or bars.

Kamryn loved the Tigers and the dinosaur ride.

Christmas Eve and the Japenese steak house.

We took the kids to the movies on Christmas. I had to take Gabby out because she lost her kiki (binky) and wouldn't stop yelling.
We found a lego store and this great dragon made out of legos.

I guess Gabby only likes the plastic characters.

After waiting in line for 30 minutes to see a character she was totally freaked out by Goofy.

Gabby and Sydney have a love-hate relationship. I caught the rare love moment on film.
I took the girls to see Beauty and Beast while Matt rode the scary rides with Kaylee.

We stopped on Jekyl Island, GA to play on the beach. I think this was Gabby's favorite part of the trip.
The kids all found whole sand dollars.

On our way home we stopped in Savannah, GA for some sight seeing and some yummy candy.

Gabby and long car rides did not go together very well. Poor Sydney took a beating from little Gabby. We are soo glad to be home.

Kaylee and her cousin, Sarah, performed in a chorus Christmas program. They both had solo parts. We are so proud of Kaylee. She was great.

Your eyes do not deceive you. That is a Christmas tree and it is my living room. All it took was one viewing of my favorite holiday movie "Christmas Vacation" to get me in the decorating spirit. So, to the kids great pleasure and surprise we broke out the tree and decorated up a storm.

Of course my job, as always was to give directions and rearrange the ordaments after each placement.
Yes, that is Gabby in her pirate costume. She lives in it. I peel it off of her and force her into PJs everynight. I remember Kaylee at that age lived in Batman PJs. Go figure. She was pretty excited about having "A TREE, A TREE" in the living room.
